Dear Readers,

In fairly urgent fashion, I am bringing to you a new name which has been on my radar only recently thanks to a few astute small cap gem hunters.

Mind you, many names are brought to my attention every week, but it is only the select few which satisfy my Peasant Principles which I feel obliged to bring forward to my readers, particularly noting that I will be building a position in this stock in a rather expedited manner.

CHARACTERISTICS OF THIS PICK

  • Very Small Market Cap (<20m)

  • Substantial Market Cap Potential (+$1B)

  • Low Cash (so yes, it does need some kind catalyst driven raise to occur)

  • Comparatively low CAPEX intensive (think GCM, MTM)

  • Scalable Solution (again think, modular industrial tech)

  • A product in theme excellent supply demand dynamics, leaning into more upside

Before we get into the stock, for all readers who are not yet subscribers, that the names and coverage I produce isn’t short lived and fleeting. I assess companies for their potential to gain share price based on two mechanisms:

  • Demonstrating the Value of an IDEA

    • This is done by, for example, going from a bench scale idea to producing a pilot plant or prototype module with credible evidence that the solution is commercially scalable. (Best recent example of this is MTM from lab to pilot, 20m cap to 200m cap)

  • Demonstrating Commercial Progress

    • This is done by the company taking steps to commercialize their product by, for example, acquiring a site for the factory, locking in capital, and signing offtake deals, binding agreements or attaining purchase orders.

With that said, 99% of my paid subscribers NEVER leave.

I will be very transparent in regards to when an idea has reached “hype” valuation and should be trimmed off, say after a 3x 5x or 10x, and I will also similarly open to the size that we stay on to follow a company from ideation to commercialization.

Also I appreciate you who share my work, the value of this community is ever growing, and as you can see, ideas just keep getting better. I do my best to compile the best and bring them to you.
